This is a place to go when you want to keep your health in check free of charge. Yoga, Zumba, Senior Day, Exercise Room, Substance Abuse Services, are just a few of the free services that I am aware of since my last visit.

A community friendly place that offers mental health, substance abuse, dental, women's health, veteran's & low income housing, HIV testing, prevention and fitness services to the public. CAARE is a major Durham institution.
